Coaching is a confidential, safe space for you to step back, work through what’s on your mind, develop clarity and make confident progress on the things that matter most in your role as a leader.
Who I work with
I work with leaders at all levels, from CEOs and executives to specialist leaders and senior managers delivering through others. My clients come from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors and are usually navigating significant responsibility, change and/or complexity.
You might be
Leading a business, function or team and needing space to think beyond the day-to-day
Stepping into a new or bigger role and wanting to get traction quickly
Facing complex people, organisation or stakeholder challenges and wanting to respond well
Rethinking your career direction and what success looks like now
Organisations
Within an organisation, there is the option to include a three-way meeting with your manager at the start and/or end of the programme to align on objectives and outcomes.
How I coach
Coaching is a partnership. My role is to bring my knowledge and experience to be your confidential thinking partner - listening, questioning, supporting and constructively challenging you, so you can see your situation clearly and decide what to do next. Your role is to bring what matters, be willing to explore your thoughts, be open to new perspectives, and follow through on the actions you choose.
A typical coaching programme:
Starts with a free introductory conversation to understand what you’re looking for and check that we’re a good fit
Runs over 3–8 sessions, with an initial 1.5-hour session and then up to 1-hour sessions at intervals that suit you.
Can be held online, in person or by phone, at times that work with your schedule
Is fully confidential, it’s a safe space where you can speak openly
What to expect in a coaching session
